Today i arrived home. It has been a while. I miss the smells of Ithica, the warmth of my bed, and the love of my people. I was a long journey and i learned a lot about my limits. I did things that I had no idea i could, and i experienced things i thought impossible. During my adventure, all of my papyrus fell into the ocean, so i had no way of writing here.
My favorite thing about my trip was meeting Calypso. At first she trapped me and seemed a little weird, but in the end, she proved to be extremely helpful and a joy to be around. Also, i came really close to meeting a Greek god again. Hermes landed on the island and told Calypso to help me get home. I just missed him.
However, all of my experiences are behind me now, and i am just glad to be home with my now adult kids, and wife.
